Products, prices and payments

The product page describes the item and any available pack or colour options. Please select the intended option before adding it to your cart. Prices are shown in EUR.

The order total, including the applicable delivery charge, is displayed at checkout before payment. Payments are processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping is charged once per order according to the destination. Standard delivery is free worldwide when the product subtotal after discounts is at least €300.

Orders are usually dispatched within one week after payment. We select the delivery service according to the destination and suitability of the shipment. Estimated transit time depends on the destination and is additional to preparation time. Please contact us before ordering if you require an item by a particular date.

Returns and support

Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains the 30-day return offer and the separate statutory withdrawal and defective-goods rights. Contact us using the email above for order enquiries and complaints.

Before placing your order, you can review the selected products, quantities, contact details, delivery details and total at checkout and correct any errors. Submitting a paid order creates an obligation to pay the displayed total. Order information and updates are sent to the email address you provide. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded continue to apply.

International delivery and import charges

Deliveries outside the EU customs or VAT territory, including certain special territories, may incur import duties, import taxes and carrier clearance fees. Any such charges that are legally payable by the recipient and are not included in the checkout total or expressly covered by us are the recipient's responsibility. Amounts depend on the destination and the goods ordered. Free shipping covers transport only; it does not include these charges unless expressly stated. This does not affect any taxes we are legally required to collect or pay, or your statutory consumer rights.
