Where are your products made?
Our products are handcrafted in Slovenia. QuantumCoilCrafts is operated by Nastja Hriberšek s.p., Parižlje 39a, 3314 Braslovče, Slovenia.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged once per order, according to the destination country. The amount is shown in your cart and at checkout. Adding more items does not add a separate shipping charge for each item.
When is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free worldwide when the value of your products reaches €300 after discounts. Below that amount, the destination-based shipping rate applies.
Which QuantumFlow pack should I choose?
The regular prices are €72 for Single (1 piece), €120 for the Couples Pack (2 pieces), and €216 for Buy 3 Get a 4th FREE (4 pieces). Choose a pack on the product page before adding it to your cart.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within one week after payment. Transit time is additional and depends on the destination and delivery service. For a current estimate or a time-sensitive order, please contact us before purchasing.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card payments are processed through Stripe. Available payment methods and supported wallets are displayed on the product page or at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, in line with our Etsy shop policy. Please contact us before sending an item back. Buyers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns and may be responsible for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item. This does not limit your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for full instructions and the online withdrawal form.

Will I have to pay import charges?
Deliveries outside the EU customs or VAT territory, including certain special territories, may incur import duties, import taxes and carrier clearance fees. Any such charges that are legally payable by the recipient and are not included in the checkout total or expressly covered by us are the recipient's responsibility. Amounts depend on the destination and the goods ordered. Free shipping covers transport only; it does not include these charges unless expressly stated. This does not affect any taxes we are legally required to collect or pay, or your statutory consumer rights.
